As far as i can tell she didn't threaten anyone, no one was scared for their life because of her. She didn't do anything to harm anyone other than being offensive.
She should be charged for being drunk and disorderly in public though, that would make more sense. She shouldn't be punished just for expressing her opinion in a non-violent way though.

Freedom of speech is only relative. This bitch had no right to say those things. You're sort of going off the point here.. it's as if you are trying to condone racism
Maybe jail is a bit harsh but how can you say she has the right to be as offensive as she likes?
Anyway I think she should be fined.
