Someone sending you a message to ask if you want to join in on a game I have no issue with.... you may not see that thread, it may not be a part of the forum you normally venture into: BUT it may be a game you'd like to take part in. So nope, no issue with that.
if someone asked me to 'vote' for x/y/z for them I possibly would - depends on what the vote was for and if I agree with it. In the main, if it was just for 'fun' (which most of the games and things ARE) - I don't see the issue.
In the case of a recent 'contest' (where a member who was actually 12 when they joined) and recently only turned 13, who did not have the required time/amount of posts that are deemed to be acceptable to start a game: and they and wanted to run a contest that was receiving little interest: I very much objected to them assuming they could just put up fms names for others to vote for to take part in the competition.
