This also reminds me of a story my mom used to tell me about how her teacher tried to make her learn to write right handed even though she was left handed, and my granddad went in and gave the teacher a good talking to over that. She was allowed to write left handed after that. She sounded so proud of her dad. I always loved hearing my mom talk about her days in school.
