Everything can not be blamed on cuts etc,we are all quick to lay the blame on the government,lets face it some people are just lazy or don't communicate properly,yes even nurses and doctors !!and it could be a factor in this,human error is possible,I have been to hospitals where we have had to remind staff we are there!!
