TBF, I didn't see your issue as a problem - merely an inconvenience which riled you somewhat. I still think you should try the
online 'ask Sarah' help - it just might be able to start the ball rolling into your enquiry - rather than an email that will initially have generated an automated response, that you may wait days for a reply to.
