Kaysar is a smart guy, but he is not a very good BB player. He made two huge mistakes the both times he played. Giving up the HOH to Jen when there was a clear divide in the house and not going after Will when he made it very clear that he was going after him. Janelle is very much like Ozzy from Survivor. The very best at dominating competitions, but sucks on the strategic level. The difference between Rachel and Janelle. Rachel can be strategic at times and Janelle isn't capable of that. She can be very easily manipulated.
