I seriously wouldn't get it.
They don't hurt no but they have a MASSIVE infection and rejection rate. It's only a surface piercing so over time your skin pushes them out until they're basically hanging off your face, leaving you with a big scar eventually (like I have).
I've got my lip, tragus, helix and had my tongue and eyebrow was the least painful but the most infected and most "tricky" to care for, and I look after all my piercings!
Because your eyebrows are there to basically protect your eyes from grease/debris from your hair, your fresh eyebrow piercing will catch all of these and this is why [most] get infected.
If you're set on it, get it, but if you want a piercing that will be 'permanent' and easy to care for, it's not the eyebrow!
