Swear filter broken - yet no warning?

Posters are breaking the swear filter left, right and centre. Yet it's only a few of us that have ever been infracted for it.

But yet we're all treated the same. Cough, cough.

I wouldn't have the swear filter in place, but with the younger members, I can understand that.
