I may have been guilty for that with Imogen in BB7 but other than that, no not really, it's all about whether you like the person or not. That being said, it's easier to like an attractive housemate I suppose so subcontiously it may be playing a role. For example, if Nikki wasn't so cute, people may have not found the tantrums funny, or if John James had not been attractive, people may have been less tolerant of his antics towards women.
