They can command bigger fees from advertisers if they can present figures that show that the average BB viewer is say 16-25. A young demographic is an advertisers dream and they will pay a premium to get to it.

Nah..i think that's a bit too conspiracy theory-ish. You can be sure if there was a buck to be made, they'd be all over it! I think when they took over from C4, they crunched the numbers, and tried to streamline a bit, and LF was on their "cull" list. There'd be a small element of having more storyline control, ie. to cover up disgusting stuff, like what happened with freezergate, last year. But, ultimately i think that's more about them not wanting the neg publicity, rather than a massive cover-up to save a certain HM. Even if there was LF, i reckon the daily shows would be much the same...they're two different beasts, and the vast majority of the population don't have time to sit watching LF for many hours per day.
