The 4th season ended about 3 weeks ago in the States, but to my knowledge they're not broadcasting it over here anywhere
But if you are fond of all things online and slightly illegal then I'd heartily recommend watching this from the beginning.
The premise is quite similar to the Office: a bit of a mock-documentary that follows the goings-on of a parks department in a fictional town in Virginia called Pawnee. The main character is Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), who starts out as a deputy head of the department. There's a whole host of memes and cult followings though of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman). Also stars Rob Lowe, Aubrey Plaza, Aziz Ansari, Adam Scott and more... has had (regular) guest appearances played by Megan Mullally (Karen, Will & Grace), Andy Samberg, Paul Rudd, Parker Posy, Will Arnett, Louis C.K., Pamela Reed... JUST WATCH IT OKAY
