Default England's Euro win over Sweden seen by 16.3m at peak

England's 3-2 victory over Sweden has become the most-watched match of Euro 2012 so far in the UK, overnight figures confirm.

BBC One's coverage yesterday (June 15) between 7.30pm and 10.15pm averaged 10.96m (45.1%), with a peak of 16.3m tuning in at around 9.30pm as England regained their lead.

Over on ITV1, the delayed match between France and Ukraine scored 4.56m (26.5%) between 6.30pm and 8pm.

Excellent ratings for Sweden vs England.
