That's really weird, because the power went out in Helsinki last Saturday and they were out for about half an hour. There was a big concert in the city centre, but luckily there was no chaos. I can only imagine what it must be like in London, as it's a lot bigger than Helsinki.

On Saturday we all thought that it was a new New York powercut, but it didn't last long. It was really creepy, though.
