Caroline was with him when he did that and in fact he did in the end own up to it,to Lydia of all people.
Deana however hasn't owned up to the fact she relayed a false report as to him to Benedict did she, she is not whiter than white either but he has owned up to playing that prank, he didn't 'take' the epilator he 'moved' it he didn't 'keep it,he then likely tongue in cheek offered Deana white chocolate when she said hers was missing. Hardly the crime of the century but he 'is' honest because he owned up to both,you must have selectively missed that fact.
Rather selective to also point out all the things to get at him with while totally ignoring the others like Deana and her lying to benedict about him. and keeping totally quiet that it was her too even when Benedict challenged Arron on it.
You probably think that's totally fine though because Deana did it.
Had Arron lied about Deana to someone you would have been likely calling for his execution.
