What do they think is going to happen to the youths that have nothing better to do in the evening except roam the streets that are suddenly also less policed than they have ever been?

Same old tory scum looking after their own.
Before anyone thinks I am Tory, I'd just like to point out that not only am I not - but David CaMoron is the biggest incarnation on Maggies Thatch I have seen! I'm not for any Political party, I think they're all as bad as each other.

Now I've got that out the way, my response to your post - It is not up to the police, or any other service to look after children/teens, it's up to the parents.

I didn't go to youth clubs, I didn't hang around the streets causing a nuisance - and if I went to the cinema etc, I'd do it of a weekend.

If there was anything special happening on a school night, my Dad would take me and pick me up, but it was rare, as most of my friends parents were much like my own.

I know David CaMoron and the Tories like to look after number one - but in this case I agree.

If you have kids, look after them yourself - don't expect local services to at the expense of the rest of society.
