iMHO Lydia pulled the strings of Caroline's bitches. She put into their heads the idea that Benedict had just come into the house on a mission to talk about sex or masturbation.

She also put in their heads the idea that they should vote for Lauren too although of course because of Trampy's influence and by their adherence to Caro9line they prob always were going to try and vote for her.

Lydia has clearly been seen by the viewers anyway, although the contestants don't maybe see what we see, been trying to influence the voting of a few different parts of the house.

That is either a reason to keep her in for entertainment as it's interesting to see how she goes about the sneaky process of trying to put ideas in other's heads or you could see her as the worst bitch in the house (though the worst for me is vile Caroline) as she sneakily tries to thought control the others.
