No one thinks their arrogance stems from their appearance. They're arrogant and hated because of their reaction to being nominated. It was childish, and throwing water on another housemate's bed was apelike in its stupidity. Don't make this a sexuality or gender issue. Luke S spends just as much time (if not more) on his appearance and he's not hated.
