It was a bizarre mix of complaints - "I'm not burning any calories". "I hate these trousers because I'm too fat and they don't fit right"

There were a few other bits in there about how she'd look trying to do anything while wearing them, how she couldn't move in them, etc.

So she's so unconcerned about calories, she's adamant about not losing them. If she didn't care, she shouldn't care about how many she eats or how many she burns.

She loves being fat, but she can't wear this outfit because she's too fat. If she loves being fat, she can't be too fat.

And the funny part is any woman who, as a rule, only wears loose skirts and maxi dresses, never regular pants, is going to feel constricted and uncomfortable in pants, whether she's size 3 or 30. That's simply due to not being used to the unforgiving material restricting movement without more effort. That was a whole crap-ton of angst over something that actually had nothing at all to do with her weight in reality.
