It is the BB house, not real life and they have nothing to do all day, and since Deana does not have any problem spreading lies from the get go, why would they be afraid to be just as nasty as she is to everyone, they saw her in action and they are giving it back to her, like a reflection in a mirror. She does not show respect from the start, she does not deserve any respect at all.
