Iggy Pop & Best Coast - Let's Boot and Rally (new True Blood song)

This Sunday's episode of "True Blood" will feature the previously announced collaboration between Iggy Pop and Best Coast's Bethany Cosentino, titled "Let's Boot and Rally". The song premiered today on KCRW.
KCRW's blog also has the story behind the track, which was co-written by James Combs and Gary Calamar, a DJ at KCRW and the music supervisor for "True Blood". Iggy Pop is a "True Blood" fan, it turns out, and "The Only Place" is Calamar's "favorite song this summer."
