It means that Phina is favratie to be Eliminated first, Jan is second fav followed by Scott and so on.
The names in red mean that were odds are drifting and that there becoming less likey to be Eliminated. Names in Blue mean there Odds are shortining and they are becoming more and more likey to be eliminated.
