Her selfish actions have completely let him of the hook. It seems to me that because of Becky he's now got a free run in the house now to start up his bullying vendetta agains Deana again and nobody other than perhaps Sara is going to stand in his way now.
Deana even said it, she knew that when Becky accepted his apology Conor had no intention of changing his behaviour at all. He was merely doing it to separate Deana out from her 'friends'. He now has nothing to stop his obsessive hatred of her building up yet again into another epilator type event imo.
