Perhaps to balance things, if they were to show his conversation to the housemates or to Ashleigh only, instead of just baying for Luke S blood on this issue, they should also show the housemates or Luke S only, the conversations Ashleigh has had with others and in particular Conor where she casts many doubts on the relationship too saying they have nothing in common and she doesn't feel like he does.
It seems possible to me that both of them are using a romance in the house for to be different from the others, both have clearly watched BB before so know romances in the house get good airtime.
Luke S was a good housemate before he latched on to Ashleigh, when he is not with her,he is really good again, it wouldn't be a bad thing if they were split up because she,in my view, holds him back from really getting going in the house as the entertaining housemate he is at times, and she was as dull as dishwater until she latched on to Luke S anyway.
I actually think, not much between them as to this relationship but that Ashleigh would have more to fear from her conversations about their relationship and the things she has said, as to it being shown than he has for a comment of maybe preferring to be on The Bachelor over a big wedding photo farce and saying that it 'may' not last on the outside.
It may not last outside,it likely won't so he was in effect just being honest in my view.

I do dislike Ashleigh but theres a difference between being in the relationship for 5 days & 5 weeks.. Also Ashleigh was more insecure, Luke S made it clear its not gunna work & he finds her annoying
