Yes Yes you can have an argument with someone of another race without being racist.
You can even dislike a lot of people from a particular race without being racist.
You are however a racist if you consistently act racist. 1 or even 2 examples of racist behaviour does not make a racist if you're really stupid.
Further consistently blaming the victim of racist behaviour wanting them to keep quiet shut up about it or get over it is racist behaviour.
Racists can have (individuals they patronise) as friends of any race and can be of any race. Racists sometimes marry out of their race or have sexual relations outside of the race due their obsessive fixation and fascination.
This does not include all individuals in in interracial relationships in anyway whatsoever but some .....a minority.
Some racist individuals can have a particular hatred towards the sex to which they are NOT attracted. But LURVVVE the opposite gender to distracted detail.
