I doubt her attitude would have been any different in any other series and she still would have seen herself as above most of the other housemates so would still have in the main isolated herself.

The only thing that may have changed in another series would have been had they not been able to talk about nominations for so long, she then would have been unable to have connected herself to someone like Lydia and spent most of the time plotting and scheming the downfall of other housemates that she'd taken a dislike to, so possibly in that scenario she would have had to act a little differently but probably not that much as she sees herself as above others anyway.

I also think in another series, without a character like Conor and the not talking about nominations she would have likely been out much sooner in that series too.
