I think its hilarious. God forbid adam and luke a don't have their precious ciggies, now they might actually have to socialize with the group. Sara and ashleigh are just casual social smokers, so I doubt they'll mind. Every smoker has gone a few days without smoking, its not the end of the world. Knowing BB, they'll get some precious tobacco back somehow, sooner rather than later.
Also, let's not kid ourselves here, if Adam or Luke A had the opportunity to have something taken away from Caroline for a laugh, they would have jumped on it, she just beat them to it
