Why pay just for that though when most households these days have some form of Sky+ or TiVo anyway? Most people can fast forward through breaks without having to pay anything more then they already do.
A pay model for a catch up service is an obsolete concept. If you miss something you want to watch then there's already +1 as well as late night repeats and ITV's sister channels.
There's little reason to buy it.
