I get the feeling if the final 2 had of been an outsider v an insider then a sudden rush of votes might have gone to save an outsider due to their popularity but seeing as it was insider v insider i think any rush of votes could well have been quite even.
But who knows really.
The windows for extra votes were pretty tiny compared to the 4 days that voting had been open beforehand though.
