I really dont see what the big deal is. For the outsiders, the situation wont be any worse than with normal noms. It still really comes down to what Scott's and Sara's family does. And they could easily go against the insiders. (If it was face to face noms again, there is no way Scott would go against the insiders and Sara would certainly drop a nom on an outsider).

Only potential problem may be Deanna's family which has been publicly criticizing Scott for the "eat with their hands" thing. So a vote may be wasted on him. But if at least one insider gets put up, they will go. An outsider may still be lost in a double, but they all can't win.
