Tonight the Television Critics Association held its 28th Awards presentation to honor the best of the best in the 2011-2012 TV season.
And our favorite fantasy epic, Game of Thrones, came out victorious with the award for Program of the Year. This makes us as happy as finding a litter of direwolf pups.
The critics also honored Showtime's acclaimed freshman drama, Homeland, with two awards for Outstanding New Program as well as giving Claire Danes the award for Individual Achievement in Drama for her portrayal of bipolar CIA agent, Carrie Mathison. Plus, critical darlings Breaking Bad, Louie and Downton Abbey were among the top picks.
