What doesn't make sense? Luke S and Conor want to nominate Sara. They think she's suddenly all popular, but she's just fringe. If she went up against Luke A, she'd lose. Luke S and Conor would have to deal with Luke A being the more popular of the two, with the added bonus of not doing any meaningful damage to their "enemies". In terms of the overall landscape, Sara is a wasted nomination and a wasted evictee, but the Insiders don't realize that.

But, now that family members are doing the nominations instead of the HM's, Sara very likely won't even be up, which is right back to Adam and Luke A in danger of being up against each other.
