That's exactly it.
Her sister handed it to her on a plate. She knew exactly what she was doing, knew Becky would pick up on it immediately (especially since she's mentioned many times how she loves her size, eating, food and her celulite and that it doesn't bother her) and so gave an excuse for her and the rest of the insiders to have yet another go at the outsiders and especially Luke A.
Becky's sister was playing dirty and tactfully. The outsiders are winning the polls in popularity and whipping their arses during eviction nights and they're panicking big time!
