I was expelled/excluded once (not sure which, whichever is when they say you cant go in for a week, not permanently
) for demanding a refund after I paid 20 quid to go on a trip to flamingoland and then on the day there wasnt enough seats on the bus so they had to pick some people not to go.
I still think i did nothing wrong, it was their mistake so no reason for them to keep my money
