BB have well covered themselves on the issues and the fact they will warn housemates and then ask them to leave if unaccceptable behaviour continues, is again covering all aspects necessary as to these problems that may arise from time to time.

Agreed. Warnings are enough. No one should be thrown out unless they use actual violence.
