Sometimes you have to stoop to other people's level to teach them a lesson, treat them as you've been treated so they understand the hurt they've caused. Yes, she could have risen above it all, forgiven and forgotten, but what good would that have done? Would Luke S change if she'd done that, would he have learnt that picking at people can be upsetting. And as I've pointed out a couple of times now, she's doing this on her own, not in a group like Luke S did to her. She's still a few levels above him in the moral stakes.
