That has always been a possibility, as it is so long ago now, but they could have buried Keith near some kind of landmark, like a rock formation, or something similar. It could all well be mind games, and Brady doesn't really know. Just some way to get more attention. The police will always act on any information while there is some hope. I just hope for his mothers sake, and peace of mind, that they do find him, and she can lay her son to rest.
If he has told the woman where he is, there is no reason for her not to tell the police, even if she is a psychiatrist or of a similar position, and claiming "patient confidentiality". She should do the decent thing.
