She looks atypical of an over/under eater.
Her getting rid of the diet coke though indicates someone who's been in treatment. (only full fat is encouraged to stop the calorie counting food restriction and the nutritional deficit that may come from low fat)
Unfortunately for some girls that starve and or purge during adolescence the muscle wasting and bone deformities that occur can never be fully rectify even once they overcome their challenges with food.
It's a disease of the mind .
