How do you get to sleep?
Well? Do you have those nights when you get into bed all nice and cozy, and maybe you watch TV for a while then you roll over and close your eyes and after about 10 minutes realise you're not sleeping? Or do you only need your head to touch the pillow before you doze off into deep coma-like sleep?
