I don't know why people bring up Julie 'being' Bet Lynch... She played her for TWENTY FIVE years & although acting a large part of her characters personality WAS Julie, actors do often inject their own personailty in a character to make them more like themselves... especially if they are playing the same character for a quarter of a century! I don't see it as a negative at all & actually love the fact she is very much lke Bet
