We do have free speech but in public some terms, no matter whether there is truth in them or not, are not acceptable to be made there and BB is a public show after all.
It is not the first instance of Jasmine saying this to Danica when she was in the house herself that is the main bone of contention on this, it is the follow up after Jasmine being evicted and BB allowing Jasmine to have the attack made again on Danica which is in my view,wholly unacceptable.
BB should have laid firm ground rules as to what could be said as part of this task.
Of course, as far as I am concerned,BB should have never had any further involvement at all by Jasmine on BB after her eviction.
That was another wrong thing to do and allow to happen.
