Adele love,a word in your shell-like flowerpot,I hate to watch someone making a total twat of themselves ,but you really need to get a bloody grip,your making yourself into a laughing stock ,go make a cuppa and take a couple of valium,switch off the lights,breath into a brown paper bag ,and then get an early night ................... bless the poor cow ,care in the community is not what it used to be
