I have to say ranting rodigo on Cbbbots hit the nail on the head when he said this
She is being 2 faked, not entirely fake, but 2 faced and putting a brave face on it
she spreads the love, she gives people an affectionate pat or kiss, such as mike on the naughty step, or martin when he broke down in tears or jasmine when she went into meltdown, lets be fair she was a major crutch for jasmine
so then she lets off steam and says some slightly bad things, such as jasmine she just said, she needs a break for othering her, is that 2 faced? no thats real. your own parents said that about you, we say it about our kids, its life, people say things to let off steam...but she has crossed the line with the phrasing and the mocking colleens fat ass was mean.
overall I dont think shes been much more 2 faced than anyone
shes just more open about being 2 faced. others are trying to hide parts of themselves,, theyre forming cliques and coding who will not be nominated etc thats game playing too....we will look back at julie and the way shes performed and behaved and realise, some of it was genius. we're talking about a smart northern lass, a survivor of 2 maybe 3 world wars
a mother a grand mother , a massive star for 30 odd years....women like that who survive all that have scars, theyve been there and worn the tshirt and earned the right to shoot from the lip a bit. even after the boos, the nominations, the gruelling 3 weeks in there for a 70 year old, shes always been entertaining and commanded her stage.
I salute her for growing old somewhat disgracefully.
