I can't make out anything from the pics, the flash going off as you take pics could cause all sorts of normal objects to look weird... The 'Nuns Face' could be a sheet on the corner of the bed for example...
Do you normally sleepwalk or has it only happened here? Were you taking anything 'un-medicinal' as tripping on stuff can make you do things like that...

You can't see that digusting ghost with teeth in the first picture? Thats why there are broken fingers in the third picture, because it bit them!
