If anyone with any form of disability who is able to work, wants to work and is being given work - all helping the £1 spin round and generate to the economy - more power to them. I'm delighted to see this.
Mind you I've actually seen the new M&S adverts, and though they didn't appeal to me at all: I never even noticed anyone with Downs Syndrome: so if it's true, I'll take that as an absolute positive that nothing seemed out of place in my eyes when I saw the ad.
