This is similar to the case in Ireland where 3 members of one family died trying to rescue the family pet dog from a slurry tank. A father and two sons died one of which was a rising star in the world of Rugby.
So sad that people put their lives at risk (and lose them) to save an pet but the bond is very strong and carrying out an HSE assessment is not the first thought...!!!
