Gos was pretty much the same as he came across on Big Brother.
Gos cooked honey glazed duck breast on bubble and squeak, with plum vinaigrette in this challenge.
Paul Ross asked Gos what he was up to and he said: 'Job hunting, trying to get back into a professional kitchen, hopefully get my own place'
The judges were more impressed with Gos's effort and he won. The other chef didn't look too pleased.
BTW, didn't know that Alison Hammond still reports for This Morning, but she does.
