I thought some of the judging was a bit harsh also, Joey, especially as it was the first show and the contestants must have been so nervous. But there again, maybe the judges are trying to keep the scores lowish so they don't ruin it with sillyish high scoring as the show goes on. If they score high now, they will have nowhere to go with the scoring as it goes along.
I felt so sorry for Victoria, lovely person, but so very nervous she forgot her steps, and was also too stiff because of her nerves. Doesn't bode well for her, if she can't get her act together soon she could be first voted off.
