I remember taking someone to a restaurant in London a few years back. They ordered the tuna, and when it arrived they sat there pulling their face. When I asked them what the matter was, they stated that they were expecting tuna like it was from a tin. They had never seen a tuna steak before and refused to eat it. From then on I made them try loads of new things.
