Gary has had an awful tragedy to endure this year,it is not something you get over very fast if ever,perhaps he isn't feeling as good as he did last year,I think he is doing ok considering,I know he is there to mentor but I am sure personal issues like that must have an effect,perhaps he should just go for the Rylan types,he would get an act through then without even trying.
