999 whats your emergency?
Much as I love this programme for highlighting the hard work of our public services tonight i'm a bit annnoyed...
Tonights episode focuses on mental health, in the first 2 mins of the programme a 999 operator refers to callers as 'fruitloops' and one distraught caller was advised to 'man up'.
I feel this was quite disrespectful and unprofessional.
